Cutting mat 45 x 60cm for rotary cutter and patchwork cm/inch divisions

The cutting mat is the ideal underlay for cutting out fabrics with the rotary cutter. The special cutting mat is so soft that it does not damage the rotary cutter blade, but is also so firm that cuts do not go too deep and the work surface is protected from damage. At the same time it is perfect for measuring fabrics because the front of the cutting mat is printed with a cm scale and the back with an inch scale. This is convenient for using English patterns without having to convert the measurements. When it is used correctly, the sturdy plastic material of the cutting mat guarantees a high degree of safety against breakage and splintering.

Prym's basic cutting mat is suitable for quilting, patchwork and sewing projects that require the use of a cutter.
They are also useful for measuring fabrics as they are printed with a centimetre scale on the front and an inch scale on the back, so you can use patterns with imperial measurements without the need for converters. 
These are professional-quality, self-healing cutting mats, meaning they return to a smooth surface after the blade has passed over them.

The cutting mat is 1.6 mm thick.
