SHIPPING COST

£6.50 throughout Italy

Shipments will be made via SDA Express Courier and will never take more than 1 working day from receipt of payment. If you order before 11:00 a.m., the parcel will be dispatched on the same day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. To facilitate delivery and communication with the courier, please provide a mobile phone number in the shipping details.

For orders over €59.00, shipping in Italy is free.

When the parcel is handed over to the courier, you will be sent a tracking code so you can follow the status of your order in real time.

ITALY (excluding islands and Calabria)

Delivery times
Delivery is made approximately within 1 or 2 working days after collection in most Italian locations.

SICILY, SARDINIA AND CALABRIA

Delivery times
Delivery is made approximately within 2 or 3 working days after collection in most locations.

Delivery attempts
If the recipient is absent, the service guarantees two automatic delivery attempts. If delivery is not successful on the first attempt, a second delivery attempt will be made on the next working day.

For delivery to some remote or disadvantaged locations, we may use an alternative carrier at no additional cost to the customer.
