EASY RETURNS WITH INPOST

Easy Returns by taking your parcel to an InPost collection point or locker.
- Follow the return procedure available on our Easy Returns InPost portal by clicking here: https://resi.inpost.it/it/ModaMerceria
- Enter the information required to create the return. Pay attention to the telephone number and email address you enter, as this is where you will receive the information you need to make your return.
- Check the details you have entered and confirm your return request.
- The cost of the service is £6.50 for voluntary returns. It is free of charge if you are returning a faulty or incorrect item.
We're almost there! Wait for your return label to arrive by email.
Then, to prepare the parcel:
- Print the return label.
- Choose a suitable package or use the original one.
- Place the products inside the parcel (with their original packaging and labels).
- Seal the parcel and stick the courier label on the outside of the parcel.

You have 14 days to return your parcel. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.
RETURN PROCEDURE
If anything is unclear, you can follow this guide to fill in the InPost return request form.
- PACKAGE TYPE: Always select MEDIUM size
- ORDER NUMBER: Enter your order number, which always begins with ID_ followed by 6 numbers
- NAME: Enter the first and last name used at the time of purchase
- MOBILE NUMBER: This will be used to send the return code
- E-MAIL: Important, this is where the label to be applied to your return parcel will be sent
- DESCRIPTION: You can add a note if you think it's necessary, but it's not a must
- RETURN PACKAGE NUMBER: Always enter 1, which is the number of packages to be returned
- REASON FOR RETURN: Choose one of the available reasons or, if none of them apply, choose OTHER
- CONSENTS: Accept the consents (only the first one is mandatory)

The procedure is now complete. Wait for the email (usually arrives within a few hours) with the code and deliver the parcel to an InPost Locker or collection point within 14 days.
