Simply place the inner bars in a vertical position, secure them with the Velcro fastener and insert your favourite ball of yarn.

The smooth edge of the yarn guide slot ensures that the yarn is pulled evenly from the ball.

Shipments will be made by express courier, with delivery within 24/48 hours and a tracking code sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering so that you can track your shipment until delivery. The fixed cost is €6.50 throughout Italy and shipping is free for orders over €59.00.

Returns, exchanges and refunds
The consumer may return the purchased products within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005. Send an email to [email protected] to receive instructions or consult the information page on return conditions.
Within 14 days of notification of withdrawal, all payments made to us will be refunded.
As an alternative to a refund, you can also exchange the item for a product of equal or greater value, paying any difference in cost.
