Shipments will be made by express courier, with delivery within 24/48 hours and a tracking code sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering so that you can track your shipment until delivery. The fixed cost is €6.50 throughout Italy and shipping is free for orders over €59.00.

Shipping to European country is € 9,90 fixed cost.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

The consumer may return the purchased products within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005. Send an email to [email protected] to receive instructions or consult the information page on return conditions.
Within 14 days of notification of withdrawal, all payments made to us will be refunded.
As an alternative to a refund, you can also exchange the item for a product of equal or greater value, paying any difference in cost.

Moda Merceria accepts the following payment methods:
Credit card payment If you choose to pay by credit card, enter your card details and complete the payment. We will not record any credit card details.
PayPal payment Use your PayPal account securely to place your order.
Advance payment by bank transfer  upon confirmation of your order, you will automatically receive instructions on how to make the transfer or top-up.
