Lightweight and durable, it replaces traditional mending or makes it easier by acting as a reinforcement, helping to rejoin torn edges.
Place it under the tear in clothing, sheets or other items and fix it in place with a hot iron.
Each tear repair patch measures 11.5 x 48 cm. 

Here's how to repair your Chambray garment in a few minutes without sewing:

• set the iron to cotton and allow it to heat up for about 5 minutes
• iron the area to be mended until it is hot, and immediately apply the Chambray patch with the resin side facing the garment
• Press the patch for about 20-30 seconds with the hot iron without ironing, placing a cotton cloth between the patch and the iron
• for a stronger hold, we recommend repeating the operation on the reverse side of the garment
• Allow the jeans to cool so that the heat-activated resin sets.
• Resistant to machine washing up to 40°C. We recommend washing the garment inside out for a stronger hold.

What is Chambray fabric?
Chambray is a cotton and linen fabric, often compared to denim. Lightweight and breathable, it is increasingly used today for casual garments as well as more fashionable ones.
Chambray, a name so harmonious and distinctive that it almost sounds like a melody, is a fabric made of cotton and linen, known for its lightness and softness.
If we want to give a brief historical overview, the idea that its origins are linked to a 13th-century French weaver, Baptiste Chambray, who used to weave a fabric very similar to chambray, seems to be widely accepted. It is no coincidence that the fabric is also known as batiste.

Characteristics of Chambray
Many people arbitrarily associate chambray with denim, its much better-known 'brother'. In reality, chambray is different in both its weft and warp; even to the touch, the two fabrics immediately reveal their difference. The combination of a white weft and a warp that is often blue produces a 'frosted effect' characteristic of this fabric. However, the colours can vary.

Furthermore, unlike denim, chambray is characterised by greater fluidity and softness. These are the main characteristics for which the fabric is commonly used for dresses, shirts and sheets.

Its lightness in no way affects its strength, which is actually very high. The weave is very dense, making the fabric highly resistant to wear and tear.

Comfort, delicacy and ease of care are further added values of a fabric that is ideal for garments that fit perfectly to the body, do not irritate the skin and are easy to clean (a machine wash at 40°C is sufficient).
